I was surprised at how good this film was. It had good action, but it also had good humor and was touching at moments between a father and son. I would watch it again.

The boxing robots are fun to watch. The movie is a good mix of action + story. The only complaint I have is that, the AI in Atom is far more advanced than any other boxing robots in the movie and it does not make sense that the story described it as an older generation robot than the others. Even the most powerful supercomputers this day (and probably for the next decade or two) will not be able to understand and duplicate complex human motions in real time in a fight,

If you like action packed robot fighting with an OK storyline, then this movie is for you. The various robots shown in the movie have distinct look and features, even the ones in the background look unique. As a result, each fighting sequence is unique to the robots involved. The actions are never boring and the director did a good job at filming from different angles throughout the movie. This movie is also a product placements galore. HP, Sprint, Dr. Pepper, ESPN, just off the top of my head
