Add a CommentWaited for ages to see this. Thoroughly enjoyed the story, all the more so for being based on a true story. Maggie is totally cute!
when I saw it for the frist time, I could not wate to see it again.I love that movie. it is so nice. I just want to see it a 1000 time's. I also love to go to the zoo.My name is Janelle and I am 8 year's old.
Cheesy and gooey like a fondue, but I kind of enjoyed it. Not really wanting to see this film, I watched it reluctantly and was pleasantly surprised that I got into it.Verging on feel-good, this movie left me feeling happier and kinder. Not bad, especially good film to watch with teens.
This movie is definitely in my top 10, I just love it so much. It's got amazing acting in it, an amazing story line and it's kinda' an amazing film. I strongly recommend it.
Wonderful story about hope and love. Great family movie. A real story about how we need to always move forward in our lives. Never live in the past and never live with regret. I loved this film and highly recommend it!!!
Cheesy beyond belief
Good family movie ;) Maggie who plays Rosie is sooo cute!!
great family type movie, i wouldn't suggest any awards for it, but it was entertaining.
Good - We Bought a Zoo (2011) 124 min. Only someone as likeable as Matt Damon could pull of a film that uses emotional manipulations at every turn. Don’t get me wrong, the film is good but some of the scenes are included only to provide conflict in the plot. All the characters are well suited for their roles, especially young Maggie Elizabeth Jones, who will take your breath away on the cuteness factor. The film is a little long and though it’s marketed as a family friendly film, there are couple of objectionable phrases interspersed in the film.
Better than expected !! Feel-good fare for the whole family, and with sensitive treatment of grief issues. The children are awesome, and Damon delivers.
